Red Cloud Road Show

Red Cloud Road Show

May 30, 2019

3:30pm in the Archive Study Room at the National Willa Cather Center

Bring your historical Webster County items to share!

Archivist and National Willa Cather Center Education Director Tracy Tucker will be available alongside Webster County Historical Museum Director Teresa Young to look at your valued treasures. Guests will go up to the archive study room at the National Willa Cather Center to have their items evaluated.

Think of this as Red Cloud's version of the popular PBS series Antiques Roadshow.

Items and people from Blue HIll, Bladen, Inavale, Rosemont, Guide Rock, Cowles and anywhere in or near the County are welcome!

Items like Bradbrook Studio photos, real photo postcards of Webster County towns, business promotion items, railroad items, Pawnee and Native American artifacts, WWI materials, and Homesteading documents are of particular interest but please bring anything you want to get evaluated.

Teresa and Tracy will not be able to give you a price for your item like on Antiques Roadshow, but they can refer you to such experts.

Red Cloud Road Show is part of a daylong Homecoming Celebration on May 30th. The Cather Foundation invites you to all of their "Homecoming & Horizons" events. Here's a full schedule for the day:
