Perhaps having only six players on the basketball team isn’t such a bad thing.
There’s less laundry after a game.
The team photo is incredibly uncluttered.
Lack of playing time will never be an issue.
Admittedly, Red Cloud coach Casey Fangmeyer would like to have just a few more players on his team. Still, the six-member Warriors squad overcame the odds and reached the Nebraska girls basketball state tournament.
